Are you a creative and results-driven social media and marketing professional? Are you passionate about your love of the Lord, art and music and excited about the opportunity to work with an innovative artist? We are seeking a talented individual as a Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager for the artist Bodega. Your primary responsibility will be to create a marketing funnel that consistently generates bookings and live events for Bodega, enhancing the artist's presence in the Christian ministries sector and connecting with fans. Bodega will be performing a live music event with a pop-up art show where those attending can easily acquire Bodega's and prints. The GIG pays a percentage of profits from art sales from each event. Bodega typically sells out at every show making this a very lucrative opportunity for the right person. ​
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to increase Bodega's online presence and fan engagement.

Create and curate engaging content that reflects the artist's brand, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Marketing Funnel Creation:

Design a comprehensive marketing funnel that transforms audience interest into bookings for live events, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.

Collaborate with the artist to develop compelling messaging that resonates with fans and potential promoters.

Utilize email marketing, landing pages, and promotional campaigns to drive ticket sales and event attendance.

Event Promotion:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns for upcoming shows and events, leveraging social media, partnerships, and collaborations.

Identify and pursue opportunities for live performances, festivals, and other events to showcase Bodega’s talent.

Audience Engagement:

Engage with fans and followers through comments, messages, and community-building initiatives that enhance loyalty and foster a strong fanbase.

Conduct market research to understand fan preferences, trends, and effective strategies to reach target audiences.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with Bodega and the management team to align marketing efforts with the artist's vision and goals.

Provide regular updates and performance reports, measuring the success of campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in the Christian ministry realms.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, and content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with social media analytics tools and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
